• I understand Cutie Pie and have samliir concerns. I wouldn't want Emma to be type-cast into slutty girl roles. I'd like to see Emma in a variety of film because I really believe she has talent. I will watch the Bling Ring as a support to Emma, but I'm not thrilled about it. I am also looking forward to YVimH. That is a complex role with a lot of subconscious meaning. Emma Forrest brings it out so well on the page, I'd like to see Emma grasp her meaning in her character. The slutty girl roles are cheap, and anyone can play them. Some might see the female character in YVimH as a slutty role, but it is not. It is the tale of a young woman who has a painful understanding of love partly due to her rape and first sexual experience at 16 years. A very complex role. Anyone can pole-dance in a bar. I think TV and film show enough of this trash. Don't think me old-fashioned! I am not! A feminist at heart. Women have done to themselves what society has dictated to them in the past. This could be a long essay, but an interesting topic. Anyone want to pursue it? vfcmdq [link=]gszabale[/link]

 • I hate it when filmmakers up the hotnses quotient of an actor to ridiculous levels.Okay, the orignal woman wasn't Selma Hayek. That doesn't mean that a crazy bond can't be formed, leading to nefarious and unspeakable deeds. But movie audiences are stupid and will only believe a man could be tempted to badness by someone as over the top hot as Selma Hayek! It has nothing to do with psychological backgrounds or compulsions or folie a deux or any of that it's just that evil woman beauty leading men down the path of sin! It's insulting for two reasons: one, that a woman can't bewitch a man unless she's physically stunning. Nope. Chemistry's a lot more complicated than that as demonstrated by this movie. Two Hot Actors did not equal Understandable Motivation. Two, it highlights the annoying (to put it mildly) trope that men aren't really responsible for what they do if some georgous chick is egging them on. Yeah, I ruthlessly defrauded and murdered dozens of women, but I was in a daze! I didn't know what I was doing! I don't know if it's more insulting to men or women.
